Absolutely! Over 40% of our students started as complete beginners. All classes offer modifications for every level. We also offer a 'Yoga Foundations' workshop monthly that covers fundamentals. Our teachers are trained to make every person feel welcome regardless of experience.
Just yourself and a water bottle! We provide yoga mats, blocks, straps, bolsters, and blankets โ all sanitized between uses. Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing. For hot yoga, bring a towel (we also have them for rent, $3). Arrive 10-15 minutes early for your first class.
Drop-in: $25-30/class. 10-Class Pack: $200 ($20/class). Unlimited Monthly: $149/month. Annual: $129/month (save 13%). New students get a 2-week unlimited trial for $49. All memberships include all class types, including hot yoga.
Yes, when practiced mindfully. Our hot room is maintained at 105ยฐF with 40% humidity. We recommend hydrating well before class and taking breaks as needed. If you have cardiovascular conditions, pregnancy, or heat sensitivity, consult your doctor first. Our teachers are trained in heat safety.
Yoga is one of the most evidence-based approaches to back pain management. Our teachers can recommend specific classes and modifications. Many students report significant improvement within 4-6 weeks of regular practice. For acute injuries, we recommend starting with private sessions.
