Absolutely. We specialize in anxious pets. We use fear-free certified techniques, calming pheromone diffusers, and take breaks when needed. Our groomers never force or rush anxious pets. For severely anxious dogs, we offer one-on-one sessions in a quiet room with no distractions.
Yes! We accept cats for lion cuts, baths, de-matting, and nail trims. Cat grooming is by appointment only and done in a separate, dog-free zone to minimize stress. Our cat groomer has 10+ years of feline-specific experience.
For the safety of all pets, we require proof of current Rabies, DHPP/DHLPP, and Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccinations. Puppies must have at least their first two rounds of shots. We keep copies on file so you only need to show them once.
A short walk before the appointment helps burn off nervous energy. Don't feed a large meal right before. If your dog has specific fears (dryers, clippers), let us know when booking so we can prepare alternatives. Bring any medications if applicable.
